Who we are

Planaroo is sold by Siezar De Waal, a sole trader in Cairns, Queensland (ABN 36 318 413 406). By buying, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A one-off purchase of access to the Planaroo web app, with a bonus spreadsheet version, for use by you and your household. There's no subscription. Please don't share your access code publicly.

Delivery

Everything is digital; nothing is posted. Straight after checkout you get a one-page Start Here PDF with your app link and access code. The download link appears on screen and is emailed to you. No email? Check your spam folder, then contact us.

Business packs

A business pack lets a business give access to up to the number of clients stated at purchase, using the business's own code. We email the code and a client handout with the business's name on it within one business day. The code is only for the business's own clients. We don't see clients' numbers, and neither does the business.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is through Shopify's checkout. Need a tax invoice? Just ask. Future price changes don't affect what you've already paid.

Refunds

Not for you? Reply to your order email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. If the product has a major problem, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the 14-day period. See our refund policy.

Not financial advice

The app is a budgeting tool that provides general information only. It doesn't consider your personal circumstances and isn't financial, tax or credit advice. Take-home pay figures are estimates based on ATO 2026-27 resident tax rates and leave out things like HELP repayments, the Medicare levy surcharge and salary sacrifice. For advice about your situation, speak to a licensed professional.

Using the app

The app runs in a web browser on phones and computers and works offline once installed. We may update it. Please don't copy, resell or share the app or spreadsheet outside your household.

Your data

Your numbers are stored on your own device. You're responsible for keeping backups. See our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss relating to the app is limited to resupplying access or refunding what you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in place when you bought apply to your purchase.
